OUR DELIVERY

We only deliver to UK addresses via Royal Mail.
Overseas buyers, please ask for a courier quote BEFORE placing an order. Thank you
48-hour despatch time guaranteed at most times This may be subject to delay during peak times and other busy periods, such as Monday/Tuesday or Bank holidays.

Discount codes;

Please ensure that any discount codes that you may apply do not take your order total below our current minimum order total for free delivery.
Should an additional fee be required for non-mainland UK addresses, this will also be applied at the checkout.

Discounts:

Please note that all discounts must be applied at the time of checking out.
We cannot apply any discounts to orders that have already been paid for.
We, therefore, ask that all customers ensure that any discounts have been applied BEFORE they click the Pay button.
If unsure, please contact us prior to completing your order.
Again, we stress that we cannot apply any discounts to orders after payment has been made.
These discount codes may be withdrawn by us at any time without prior notice to the customer.

VAT:
Any VAT will be added to the total product cost where applicable.
Over 95% of our products are zero-rated for VAT, so this charge will not be applied to them.

Delivery charges:

For orders below our minimum requirement, we have a small order processing/delivery charge in place.

VAT is payable on all postal/courier charges and will be charged at the current rate.

Postage will be shown at the time of checkout.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail1st class delivery or 24 business hour courier.

Orders are normally picked/ packed within a maximum of 48 Business hours from payment.

This period can vary at peak business times.

Peak times are normally November/December and during Bank holiday periods.

Once your payment is received and cleared, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Note: eCheque payments are exactly the same as ordinary cheque payments and take the same amount of time to clear through the bank.

You can also pay to direct into our bank account- please enquire if you wish to use this service.

This method is ideal if you use Internet banking as you can transfer the money from your bank to ours without leaving your home, and there are no fees involved.

PROCESSING AND DESPATCH TIMES

We have a business mail collection each day Monday to Friday, our order picking/packing premises are closed on Saturday/Sunday and during Bank holiday periods.

All orders received on a Friday will normally be processed on the Monday following (if not a Bank holiday) for despatch on Tuesday.

As stated below, once an order is collected from us by Royal Mail/ courier, then we have no control over its delivery times.

Royal Mail delivery times:

Please be aware that we are unable to ‘predict’ when your order will arrive once Royal Mail has collected it from us. All Royal Mail orders are sent out by 1st-class delivery, so they should arrive within a day or two.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from despatch, please get in touch with us.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding any holiday periods.

All orders that are sent via courier can be tracked, and a tracking number will be emailed to the customer.

In all cases, we reserve the right not to send out orders to certain locations without prior warning or consultation with the customer

We do not send to PO Box numbers.
Any payment made will be immediately refunded to the buyer in these cases.
